About

Most corporate consultants learned about human behavior in business school. I learned it on film sets managing temperamental egos, in world-class restaurant kitchens during dinner rush, and coaching executives through make-or-break decisions for 14 years.

Here's what I discovered: Traditional consulting follows the same flawed model as couples therapy. Gather everyone in a room, ask what's bothering them, then wonder why nothing changes six months later. It feels productive in the moment but has lightning-fast attrition rates because it's built to surface problems, not solve them.

You can't inspire or motivate a team member until you know their why. You don't get that in group sessions. You don't get that in wall-to-wall Zoom calls. You get that when you take the time to sit across from someone, look them in the eye, and feel what they're actually feeling. Not what they're performing for the room.

I work differently. While other consultants facilitate workshops where people perform for each other, I have individual conversations that reveal what really drives each person.
